Italian Pork Barbeque

Stir the balsamic vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper together in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook the sauce at a simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

Chinese Shrimp Fillet

1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp in shells
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine, dry sherry, or water
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Vegetable Ramen Kia

1 Tbsp (15 ml) grape seed oil
5 cloves garlic (2 1/2 Tbsp | 18 g), roughly chopped
1 3-inch piece ginger, peeled and diced
1 medium yellow onion (110 g), coarsely chopped
6 cups (1440 ml) vegetable stock
2 Tbsp (30 ml) tamari or soy sauce, plus more to taste
